Accelerate Battery Material Innovation

With a new high-temperature chamber kiln, we are expanding our service portfolio for the development of Battery Materials, particularly LFP Cathode Materials.

Up to 20 material samples can be simultaneously thermally treated under defined conditions. This allows different compositions and process parameters to be investigated and compared in a very short time. The flexible batch operation also enables rapid recipes changes without extended changeover times.

Another key benefit: The gained insights into suitable process parameters can then be transferred to our range of rotary kiln systems for further investigation.

For our customers we provide:

•  More reliable data – through the efficient analysis of different materials and process parameters
•  Efficient identification of suitable process windows – as a basis for further process development and transfer to our rotary kiln plants
